Ples za zrele žene

Somadance mogu plesati sve žene od 20 do 80 godina, bez obzira na tjelesnu konstituciju i prijašnje iskustvo u plesu.

Ples se bazira na pokretima koji su prirodni za žensko tijelo tako da ga nikada nije kasno za naučiti. Svako po svojoj prirodi ima osjećaj za ples u sebi, samo kod većine ljudi taj osjećaj je uspavan i treba mu poticaj. Nije važan nastup, kako to izgleda izvana, važan je unutarnji doživljaj. Ples izaziva radost, izmamljuje osmjehe na lica i proljepšava čak i najumornija i najsmrknutija lica. Ples čini život ljepšim!

Prije dolaska na radionicu popričajte sa svojim liječnikom. Ako ste bolesni, imate menstruaciju ili ste preiscrpljeni tada nije dobro plesati taj dan. Općenito, ako ste srčani bolesnik, imate astmu sa čestim napadima, imate epilepsiju, svježe ste operirani ili bolujete od neke ozbiljne bolesti tada se ne smije plesati.

Somadance can dance all women of age 20-80 years, regardless of the constitution and previous experience in dance.

The dance is based on movements that are natural to the female body so that it is never too late to learn. Each by its nature has a sense of dancing in it, just the majority of people this feeling is dormant and needs a boost. Performance is not important, what it looks like from the outside, is an important inner experience. PREDRASUDE PREMA TRBUŠNOM PLESU

rbušni ples koji se izvodi po noćnim klubovima, na zabavama ”narodnjaka” i po američkim filmovima, nažalost je zapadnjački pogled na ovaj ples, koji nema mnogo veze sa pravim trbušnim plesom. Popularnost takve iskrivljene verzije trbušnog plesa odgovorna je za predrasude i odbojnosti žena prema ovome plesu. Ovaj ples je senzualan i erotičan, ali nipošto nije vulgaran, niti je namijenjen seksualnom zavođenju.

Bit trbušnog plesa leži u improvizaciji i neformalnosti. Najčešće ga žene plešu između sebe, ili ga izvode među prijateljima i na proslavama.

PREJUDICE AGAINST BELLY DANCING

Belly dance what is performed in night clubs, at cheep parties and American movies, unfortunately, is a Western view of this dance, which has little to do with authentic belly dancing. The popularity of such a distorted version of the belly dance is responsible for the prejudice and hostility towards this woman dance. This dance is sensual and erotic, but it is  not vulgar, nor is it intended for sexual seduction.

Essence of belly dance lies in improvisation and informality, mostly women dance among themselves, or perform among friends and at women’s parties.
